What we collect, and what happens to it.
What we collect
We collect and store data generated during your use of the app — including your account information (name, email, role), your learning activity, and AI-generated performance analytics derived from your sessions.
Who can see it
This data may be reviewed by your instructor and by Gocratiq administrators, for the purpose of supporting your learning and maintaining the platform.
How it’s used
Your data may be used to improve the quality of our AI tutoring system, including training and refining our models. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Third-party services
We may use third-party infrastructure providers (such as cloud hosting or AI processing services) to operate Gocratiq. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or academic record-keeping purposes.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion, by contacting us at support@gocratiq.com.
Age requirement
Gocratiq is intended for users 13 and older. If you are under this age, a parent or guardian must accept these terms on your behalf.

Restrictions on use.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code, underlying models, or algorithms of the GOCRATIQ platform, nor attempt to derive any of them through intermediate representation or any other means.
Any such attempt constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account and your access to the platform, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to us.
